Meditations for a positive and happy life
Learn simple meditations from the Buddhist tradition that anyone can practise that help to reduce stress and tension and make your life more enjoyable and your mind peaceful and positive.
Each class will help you unwind and relax. Short introductory talks will explore different meditation topics on modern Buddhism, and teach you how to apply them in daily life. Meditations are based on the New Meditation Handbook by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. Classes begin and conclude with guided meditations and are taught by Kelsang Namnyi who is a Buddhist monk and qualified meditation teacher.
